its our city famous & tastes super yummy...u can store it for many days!
Ingredients for stuffing
Gathiya-1 1/2 cup( crushed from hands) not finely powder..
sugar -2 tsp
lemon juice - 2 tbsp
garam masala; - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder; - 1/2 tsp
Crushed; cloves - 2 pinch
Varyali - 1 tsp
seesame seeds - 1 tsp
Khuskhus - 1/2 tsp
Salt
chhoped dryfruits For dough : Maida-2Cup
Oil-2tsp
Salt Firstly for; making dough
*take maida, add oil and salt
*add water & make dough
* the dough should be not hard not loose..
* and keep it for 10 minutes For stuffing :
*Take a kadhai..add gathiya powder,
add oil
add the sugar n lemon juice
add crushed cloves
garam masala ,varyali ,red chillie pwdr Khus Khus , chhoped dryfruits and salt ..
*and mix well
*Take a dough roll it in a small puri put the stuffing close it and fry it on medium flame...till golden colour..
you can make it in big khasta kachori crush it from upper side and add in imli khajur chatni ,coriander chatni ,onion ,curd, jeera pwdr ,chaat masala ,red chilli pwdr, coriander leaves and enjoy khasta kachori chhat! 😋

variyali means " fennel seeds" & gathiya is one of the namkeen ..u can made it from besan( gram floor)..or u can buy <u>readymade</u> it from market<b><span style="color:#3B5998;"> @616da9d2c1b4770013bd1b62 </span></b>
