Dudhi/lauki fritters. Some people call it tapore too. recipe: Cut dudhi in roundels. Apply huldi, garam masala, hing, amchoor, dhana jeera, salt,. I have added 1/2 tsp of kanda lasun masala. You can add any of your favourite masala too. Add 1 tbsp oil and coat everything.
Roll them in rava nicely. Heat a pan and set roundels in it. Add 1 tbsp oil and fry them till golden crispy. You can add more oil if u feel like. Once nice crispy brown take out on a plate and sprinkle chat masala.. Enjoy with sauce chutney or even as a accompaniment to simple dal rice...
