During my last checkup.. Doc told baby weight is slightly beyond the average line. So she told to cut down healthy foods.
But I don't eat so called healthy foods and even not every two hours also. Morning tea Asusal two idly or Dosa, 11 clock buttermilk or any one fruit. Noon rice with dal or sometimes non Veg(not tummy full always with half) eve half cup milk n 830 dinner chapathi or some tiffin. Gyno told not to eat dry fruits so stopped that also. now baby is 2kg is it anything abnormal?? She concluded if this continues baby will b 3.75kg during delivery. It's difficult to push. :/ What should I do!? Planning to have Oats during breakfast and chapathi for lunch n dinner. If I reduce weight will there be any decrease in my baby gained nutrients?

I think your diet is good enough. No need to reduce anything. My brother was 4 kg and i was 4. 5kg when we were born and mother had normal delivery at both times. You don't have to push the whole baby, when head comes out you just have to give one more push and doctor pulls out the baby and baby slides out easily because there are so many fluids coming out already. Don't worry and stress yourself. Just eat what you are eating.
