Hi Ashwini... 8 hrs sleep is must but in case you are feeling tired or dizziness den you can sleep in the noon for two hrs... There is no harm in that...

There is no fixed number. In the first trimester most mom's will feel sleepy and lethargic and you should listen to your body. Rest as per your own needs.
