During pregnancy there will be too many "Dadi ke Nuskhe" which you parents or relative will tell you. From my experience, I always recommend my friends few things to do; which are:

1. Attend Lamaze classes or prenatal classes

2. Go for prenatal exercise class, where you can meet new people.

3. Eat healthy don't eat for two people

4. Make google and app like babychakra your best friends, where you can find many answers.

5. Keep yourself busy, If you are not working read books, do some short term courses online offline.

6. Meditate and Think Positive

7. If you need help ask for it from your husband, maids, parents or relatives. (Everyone has gone through it and they can understand).
