Hi Anonymous! As Aditi Ahuja di said you'll feel contractions around 38-40 weeks of pregnancy. Then you should go to hospital and doctor will take care of the further process.

Baby will slowly move towards lower uterine area..by end of term which can range from 38 weeks to even 40.. don't worry.. your gynaecologist will keep a note of such <u>things</u>
