INGREDIENTS
2 boiled mashed potatoes
Salt to taste
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
¼ cup boiled peas
Red chilly powder optional
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
½ tsp dry mango powder
¼ tsp dry pomegranate powder/anaar dana
Whole wheat dough
Ghee for cooking the parantha
METHOD
1) In a bowl mix potatoes, salt, garam masala, coriander powder, dry mango powder,dry pomegranate powder,red chilly powder,coriander leaves.
2) Take a portion of dough.
3) Roll it into chapati
4) Put the potato filling in it.
5) Cover it from all the sides.
6) Put boiled peas on it.
7) Roll it again into a parantha.
8) Cook the parantha on a hot tawa with ghee.
9) Serve with curd or butter.
