Easy and healthy breakfast recipe multigrain cheela
1 cup besan, 2 tbsp ragi powder,2tbsp suji ,2 white bread slices, i finely chopped onion, salt, pinch of turmeric,ginger garlic paste,chilli powder ,oil for frying. method :mix all the flour.Cut the sides of bread and remove them.now wet the slices and put them in the flour.it water to make it thick and pouring consistency.Then put some ginger garlic paste,onion,pinch of turmeric,red chilli powder and salt to taste.mix well.Now heat a tawa and drizzle some oil.spread the batter to make chilas.roast well both sides until they are done.Put oil in between as per your choice.Serve hot with tea,coffee or sauce.
