Easy Way to feed Methi to kids Methi malai matar is a perfect vegetable to feed kids methi.
Ingredients:
Half cup chopped methi, add little salt and keep aside for 10mins.
onion, ginger, garlic, cashew, jeera for grinding
salt to taste
butter or ghee
sugar according to taste
fresh cream or malai
boiled peas. Method
Heat butter or ghee in a pan. Grind onion, cashew, ginger, garlic and jeera to fine paste and if required add water. Now add this paste to the heated butter. Roast till the butter oozes out from the mixture. Now add chopped methi leaves, boiled peas, salt, sugar to taste and fresh cream. Let it simmer in low flame for five to six minutes. Add pinch of garam masala and cover it for five minutes.
