Eat every two hours is a known fact but it is important to know what and how much to eat in the 2 hour interval. Start with a handful of any protein (Chana, peanuts) a glass of soy milk etc. Also make sure your breakfast is heavy and after that you can eat any form of protein every 2-2 hours.
The reason is proteins take time to digest so if you keep eating any protein within 2 hours it will not only keep you full but also prevent you from gorging on junk. Also it speeds up metabolism resulting in excess weight loss :)
