Eating pomengranate is safe during 1st trimester!? As Everyone in the family says to eat atleast one pomengranate in a day to ensure development of hemoglobin necessary for baby. But I've read it that it's not safe.So, I'm confused. Please guide me with 100 percent sure answer.

it's safe but eat as much as you are comfy with! you can also eat dates, anjeer, raisins, apple, chikoo, custard apple, all are iron rich. don't forget green leafy veggies. also squeeze lemon on your salad as you need vit c to absorb iron!
