Effective Tips to Reduce Weight The duty of a doting Mother is never-ending. We have time for everythimg except for ouself and this results in hormonal imbalance, stress, weight gain, etc. Me, a mother of twins, looking after home and kids, did not get time for myself. Recently when my 3yr old kids called me "Moti Mumma" I looked at me in the mirror and noticed I have become so fat and realised that it is necessary to be fit and presentable for Yourself and for Your Kids also.;
So in order to reduce my weight and especially the lower belly fat I started practicing Yoga. Its really very effective rejuvenates the body and mind and moreover it gives the 24*7 busy moms to spend some time for themselves. Every day half an hr I spend my time practicing yoga and suggest everyone to do so. Yoga, brisk walking in the morning and evening for half an hour, drinking lots and lots of water helps to reduce weight and makes us fit also.;
Here I am sharing some my personal experience tips to reduce the weight and fat -;
* Drink 1 glass lukewarm lemon water on a empty stomach with a pinch of cinnamon powder and 1 spoon honey. It helps in weight loss as it promotes digestion and increases the metabolic rate.
*In our busy routine we generally skip to drink water but every day 8 to 10 glasses of drinking water is very essential. It flushes body waste, reduces body fat and boosts skin health and beauty. I read an article, "the means of drinking water" which helps in reducing fat:
1.1 glass empty stomach
2. Always take a sip and drink water;
3. Dont drink water for atleast 1 hr after the lunch or dinner.
4. Drink 1 glass hot water at bed time.
*Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines.;
Yoga increases flexibility, helps in weight reduction, maintains metabolism rate, increases muscle strength and tone. Everyday half an hr yoga with surya namaskar, plank, stomach cruches helps in reducing belly fat also. I found the yoga with Namrata purohit quite useful. Here is the link.
*Everybody suggests dieting but I am not in a favour of dieting. As a vegetarian dal, roti, rice, milk, curd, salad, paneer and different veggies are important for our health but we can reduce the intake of junk and fried foods.
*Last but not the least is Dancing. Its fun cum music cum exercise cum body toning cum enjoyment. Half an hour for atleast 4-5 days in a week can help in reducing stress as well as weight with lots of refreshment and merriment. If found it useful practice it and see the change.
