Energy Oats Ball
Ingredients
1cup of oats

1cup of coconut,dates, pista,raisins and almonds (cut into small pieces)

1/2 cup of flax or chia seeds

1/2 cup of honey or peanut butter

2tsp of choco chips

2tsp of water if required
Instructions

Take a bowl.

Mix all the ingrediants together using spatula.

If the mixture is still dry then add more peanut butter or honey.

Now cover the bowl and place it in fridge for 15mins.

Now roll and make small balls.

Your oats energy balls ready
