episiotomy really hurts😭 perinial massage zarur krni chahiye to prevent this. it's a bitter truth which comes with normal delivery. its pain is no less than cesarian delivery. it's now more than 1 month but still I'm unable to sit comfortably😭 which hinders breastfeeding too. bloody hell #episiotomy
there's discomfort but not pain. you must wash yourself with dettol warm water as often as possible and speak to a doc <u>asap</u>

I think u should consult ur doc...it should not hurt this much...I felt this uncomfort till 15 days but after That I was <u>oj</u>

seriously it ll not hurt this much.. usually heals between 15days to one month post delivery.. please consult your doctor for the inconvinience..
