Every child is like a blooming flower, Nurture them with love, care and support and see them grow into a beautiful human beings. Every child is different. Every child has his/her own charisma and individual personality. human being has a genetic ;and acquired nature. Genetic is something that a child has inherited from its clan , and acquired behavior means child learns from his or her surroundings. Acquired behavior is subjected to change according to the age, environment, people he or she is influenced by, but the basic, innate nature always remains the same. So when these 2 factors combine it form the nature and that is the reason no two individuals can be same. Hence Never compare your child with other children. It kills the ability of your child to discover his/her own extraordinary ability that he is already gifted with. Encourage their each and every effort because today's effort are only going to teach them importance of achievement. Show them how to do it. show them the path and let them explore and they will definitely find their destination. Every child is gifted. The most important thing is take them seriously. Listen to them, spend quality time with with them. Treat them with respect and make them feel that they matter, show them they are loved. This is very important for their overall development and self confidence. Give them the independence of making their own choices, having their own likes and dislikes,respect it. Let them be an individual with their own mind and not imposing our thoughts on them. But always be there for them, to guide them. Let us teach them kindness, forgiveness, and beauty of humanity first after all we are raising a future;generation and its our responsibility to raise one who will be responsible for making this world a better and peaceful place to live in.;
