Komal so far I haven't put on any weight but I'm already 79 kgs when I got pregnant, And I'm 34 yrs. @rebecca - This is very good for pregnancy. The rich presence of iron and proteins in these dryfruits will ensure you get optimum nutrition. However if you have or are prone to gestational diabetes do ask your doctor before eating these.
