Feeling feverish and uncomfortable during early mornings, burning in stomach as well. I am in early first week.

Drink alot of water and fluids and try breathing exercises for relaxation. Please do keep a track of your bodaly temperature if you feel feverish and consult your doctor too

Please keep some dry snacks and stay hydrated. Keep a watch on your health. Keep sipping ORS or coconut water for health benefits
