Savita, this will happen and will only aggravate in the coming few weeks until delivery. The way i managed it was - take regular walks atleast 30 to 45 minutes but dont exert, listen to your body. Do butterfly exercise ,it helps in relaxing the pubic bone. Do kegels,it again helps strengthening muscles. Drink lots if water, dont lie down in one position for long. You can use warm compress for thigh pain,or have someone give you a gentle oil rub to ease pain. All the best!

;ligaments that normally keep your pelvic bone aligned during pregnancy become too relaxed and stretchy too soon before birth as delivery nears, things are supposed to start loosening up. This is the main reason of your pain ,your body is just preparing for smooth delivery

Hi Savita, ensure you inform your Dr about all pain that you have. It may be normal but just to be safe. Take care dear
