Take oil, add small cut potatoes and green chilly. Let it cook for 5-10 min on medium flame. Add fenugreek leaves. Add salt, turmeric (optional). Put lid on and let the sabzi cook. This may take 15-20 min depending on freshness of leaves. Serve with chappatis. Vry easy, very healthy !!
leaves were washed 5-6 times prior to using.
