Few more tips from recent mommy for normal 🚚 delivery! 😍 1) try doing squats when you get free time! It will help relax your joints too and muscles 💪 become strong.. During labour you really need to ⛭ gear up!!!
2) meditation at least for 15-20mins to chill/relax from thoughts hovering in your mind.. I had 100000000 thoughts and hence sleepless nights, so pls gals avoid over thinking and trust your instinct.
3) Ask for help when you can't do things,; don't overburden yourself with work and thoughts.. Whatever your emotions are passes on to the baby.
4) talk to people who can inspire, motivate you till the last moment.. Strictly avoid people who scare you with their experiences. No harm in watching videos for normal and c section delivery so you already are prepared for the process. 5) Trust only the doctor from start to end.. Yea (I did that); and it helped me.. They dint even give me epidural so it was vv natural birth!!
6) During labour don't insist your spouse to be around, as sometimes you might cry or shout on him too...... be confident of delivering your baby!!
7) Be hydrated all the time during delivery as it will really help you till the last moment. Incase you haven't shaved your vaginal area do not panic hospitals do that when you get admitted...as lot many mothers feel shy to ask this to gynac!!
8); During labour try or avoid shouting screaming which will make The baby move upwards.. Remember you want to bring him/her in the world; 🔜 so utilise that screams in push.. Like you have to pass motion very badly.. Hold your legs and give it a go!!

Hi Asha, point no 8 mentioned was advised by my mother in law.. But the sisters in the hospital did tell me.. That shouting and screaming increases pressure on your tummy and hence baby's position is disturbed..
