It should be for all age girls... N punishment for the rapist also should be horrible.. because the rapist should feel that physical n mental pain of that girl... N by seeing that kind of horrible punishment no one will dare to do that kind of criminal activities... Otherwise only hanging punishment don't change that criminal minds...

I want it for all... every women raped needs justice...this wont stop rapin girls above 12..
