Financial Empowerment - Take Control of Your Finances

We, at times, unknowingly take our parents for granted, and the time we realize this is, when we become parents 🙂, because raising a child into a good human is not a child's play!

I am short of words to describe the place my father holds in my life. He has stood by me through thick and thin, rock-soild. He mothered me all through my pregnancy and even prepared and served me the dishes which I craved.
He not only educated me into an Engineer but also guided me to withstand firmly and succeed in a male-dominated corporate world. But apart from this, he taught me about life beyond work, reading great authors, valuing and prioritizing relationships, and most importantly financial savings.

He instilled the habit of saving a part of my every salary and familiarized me with all the saving options from stocks, equities, mutual funds, FDs, bonds, PPF by making me invest in every option.
Today I deal like a pro in all saving options and the financial independence which I have is only due to his teachings. He guided me, believed in me, and let me free at the right time.
And financial independence is a gamechanger in every women's life. At the same time, a valuable aspect he taught me was to give back to society, in my small way, for any noble cause on every birthday.
Today, when I see my little munchkin in his hands, I realize the great responsibility I have as a Daughter's mother. 😊
