# fitness Aditi☺️☺️ i have a question. Please help me. I have reduced my pregnancy weight from 58 to 52. And my pre pregnancy weight is 48.my problem is i have some fat near belly. (not some fat😊 in fact more fat). Please give me some excercise or some tips to reduce.
Ps, i am doing yoga and drinking water quite frequently. If you can give me some yoga poses, it will help me a lot. Thank you😍

that's great sangeeta. loosening of the tummy muscles is very common after pregnancy. you may want to rule out diastasis rectii of the abdominal muscles. Read up on that once on the internet. You will be able to test it out yourself or you can ask your doctor. In case that is not the issue and you are fit to do ab workouts then include plank holds side planks, push ups, boat pose, russian twists in your workouts. Do a bit of strength training too and have <u>some</u> protein everyday it will help to increase muscle mass. Fitness Blender on youtube is one of my favorite channels to workout to.
