Fitness Tip for New Mommies :Being a new Mommy, it's always difficult to find some "ME" Time. I still remember the days when I was struggling to find some quality time for myself. I like to maintain some sort of Fitness regime🏋️, read good books 📚 and tune in to some really good and soothing Music🎵 to keep me going when it comes to ME time. While reading books and listening to Music was pretty easy to Embed in my daily routine but Finding time for Fitness was way too difficult with my lil one as she needs my attention 24*7..But as I quoted above Fitness Regime is one of those things which keeps me going as it's very important to not only look good but feel good too. My Fitness Regime📃 comprised of Muscle strengthening Exercises(10mins), Kegels (5mins), Cardio(10mins) followed by 🕉️ chant (5-10mins during Night Bedtime).Now the big question was how to manage even those 20-25mins of Fitness regime on daily basis while no helping hand as such to take care of your. baby. Well, I decided to start my Fitness regime in afternoon as Mornings are really busy for me(Of course there should be 2-3 hour's of gap between your breakfast and Fitness Regime) . The moment my baby sleeps in the afternoon, I take my mats out and start my Fitness Regime and this works for both me and my baby as while she sleeps I indulge myself in my favorite ME time🎉🎊 This was My story on Being Fit.
