for home made grains,I have a query....if I skip.the process of showing sun, as there is no proper terrace n sun this days due to rainy season....can I keep n store grains like ragi after soaking overnight ..n then washing ,drying in fan air, and then roasting in grinding,..then storing is this fine , or it is always important to show sunlight , I want to make home made ragi powder now as m not satisfied with brands now, also for home made cerelac can I follow this . there is no sun light to show now..please advice

One additional note <span style="color:#3B5998;"><b> @616d5263791e5a0013a04aa4 </b></span><span style="color:#3B5998;"><b></b></span>. I usually keep the powder in the fridge in an eversilver tight container. Before i start my preparation will take it out. As my mom suggested this to avoid getting insects into the vessel which usually comes for any organic /unpolished food items.

one week will be too less, 2-3 weeks it will stay fresh if you dont touch the powder with wet hands or spoon and store in air tight container...
