That's odd that it should take six months to heal. You may want to get a second opinion. The area may feel tender during intercourse but rectal pain which lasts for half an hour is not a normal occurrence.

I think it's best that you visit the doctor for a check up. As this seems to be internal do not waste more time.

thanks @636df5bb3f31520016a58177 but i didn't avoid going to toilet ever nd stool isn't coming in small pellets form. i have increased my water intake since yesterday. I'm able to pass stools daily. that's i think it's not constipation. I'm taking iron calcium nd vit d tablets given by my gyenocolist. i doubt that these r causing me hard stools. nd after going to toilet the pain remains for longer time. pls suggest what's happening vd me down there?

An episiotomy does not cause constipation. Because of the fear of affecting the stitches many women avoid using the bathroom and hence stools become hard. If after passing stools you found them very hard and dry and coming in small hard pellets then this is constipation. Before using a stool softener it is a good idea to consult your doctor. If the signs are constipation follow the below : 1. Do not delay using the bathroom. 2. Have plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables and whole grain. 3. Avoid refined grains. 4. Drink lots of water. 5. include ten to fifteen soaked raisins in your diet every day.
