if u giving formula, add water first as per the measurement required and then add the powder...there is very little increase in the quantity ...not much, so u shouldn't worry

yes it does. suppose i add 3 scoops to 90 ml water, it will reach upto 100 ml or even a lil more

Formula has to be prepared as per the instructions given by the manufacturer.. ideally it would be 30 ml per scoop
