These are common problems during pregnancy Ravina... Try some home remedies like drink lots of fluids n after meals eat jeera n ajwain or sounf n instead of 3 meals devide them in to 6 meals to control heartburn n for hunger choose some healthy snacks ....

Hungriness is common. No pblm, have somthng always which is healthy. Have some dry fruits, biscuits, fresh fruits, soups, salads etc when u r hungry. For heart burn have small small meals, take a walk of 20 mts after every meal. Don't lie down dirctly. Avoid spicy , oily thngs. Before going 2 bed, in the nght have cold milk or vanilla ice cream.
