Haemoglobin is made of iron and protein so along with increasing the iron rich foods as suggested above please also increase your protein intake. Most Indian diets are deficient in protein and this generally results in low iron levels.

Increase your iron intake.Have pomegranates on daily basis.Include green leafy veggies,raisins,dried apricots,all kinds of peas and <u>beans</u>
