Hands nd feet me 10 15 minute dhoop dikha skte; hain. Dhoop me malish krna possible nhi h qki winters shuru ho gye hain baby ko thand lg jayegi. Roz 10 15 minute kisi b wakt dhoop dikha dijiye.

In mumbai 7-8am morning time is preferable..i use to do the same to my baby becoz of mild jaundice after a week i stopped,he was alryt by then.
