friends m 32 weeks pregnant...from 2-3 days i hav swelling on my foot....what to do???

walk daily for 20 mins atleast. keep yourself hydrated and eat healthy food. add fruits and vegetables more. avoid excessive salt intake

Hi Sweta, It is very common to have swollen feet during this time. Try intaking more fruits nad veggies in your diet. You can also include green tea along with your meals. yes dear don't worry swelling feet it's a common try to deep in hot water your feet or whenever you laying on bed try to cushion under your legs..once you will deliver your baby swelling goes out

hey shweta!don't worry!with few remedies and precautions,you can get over with it.First of all,check ur salt intake.don't sit with legs crossed and avoid sitting or standing for long time like sheeba said.For remedies,Increase ur protein intake.Include eggs,beans and pulses in ur diet.You can soak ur legs in a tub of water with few drops of essential oil or u can ask someone to massage with it for you.stay active<u>!</u>
