From 34th week I m suffering from running stomach.my doc advice not to take anything heavy in meal no milk no ghee and iron calcium too even then I don’t feel better pls suggest something to cure this

You need to avoid eating excess ghee take only 1tbs in rice and ts in chapattis and if you are eating heavy foods such as halwa or paratha be watchful of the excess oil keep your diet light filled with fruits at least 4 fruits daily and take coconut water alternate days and lemon water
