Babies have such body language.. Usually they; rub their nose and ears if they are sleepy or tired.

Thats okay,just like you said when she is sleepy,babies do that,pull ears and rub eyes when they are overtired and wants to sleep. Treat these as cues that ur baby is letting u know rather than getting worried! Happy parenting!

I don't think so..babies have their own way of communication that they are sleepy or have some discomfort..rubbing ear is ok
