If baby is being formula fed then baby can't be called hungry. When baby is breast fed there can be some doubt. Baby is probably experiencing colic which is causing the baby to feel uncomfortable and hence fussy. which means that the baby is crying and you are feeling that all the baby wants is to be fed. Do speak to the doctor to have this taken care of.
