From last three days baby is having fever and soft stools. Sometimes she passes only mucus. Shown to pediatrician he says it can be infection of gastric system or viral fever? In a day two or three times potty, also passing gas before stool.

Yes priya. Thanks .... I also feel it's infection. In the park she ate dirt, also last week she ate mangos.; I m trying to find out what could be reason of infection?
