You can also alternatively take a naturally made protein powder ( only if your doctor allows) which is 1/4 cup almonds + 1/4 cup walnuts ( roasted & powdered) + 1/2 cup oats flour + 1/2 cup soyabean flour ( roasted ) . You can mix all the ingredients and store in air tight container . You can add 1 spoon in the morning to your milk . along with packaged protein powders also have a balanced diet .
