Ingredients:
Oil, as needed
Two onion, finely sliced
A little garlic, crushed
Some chilli powder
Coriander, chopped
For seasoning, a dash of cumin, coriander powder, garam masala and turmeric
One cup cooked rice
Chicken breast
Tomato purée
Cauliflower florets
One small cup of whole milk
How To Make:
Pour some oil into a pan.
Now add the onions, garlic, chilli powder, cumin, ground coriander, garam masala and turmeric.
Add the chicken pieces, tomato puree, cauliflower, and the milk next.
Let the mixture simmer until all the ingredients are tender.
Now add the cooked rice and simmer until everything is cooked.
