GA 36 weeks 3 days, First pregnancy - Doc said head is slightly larger than the cervix opening of 4.3 cms.
Does this ratio of opening : head change? Exercise would help?
Also my EDD is 30th July what should I expect?
Anyone with information on what to expect would be of big help! Pls share. The Doc I am seeing doesn't provide any information on what to expect.

This must be the length of cervix and not the dilatation which will happen only when you go in labour...Also when we say head is large it means the the bony cage and not the cervix. The assessment of bony pelvis is subjective and only in labour one would know whether head can pass through or not. .you must try for it as it is worth it ...
