Gajar ka halwa


Ingredients
Carrots 2 cups grated

Milk 1 and Half Cup

Ghee 3 tbsp

khoya 3 tbsp

Sugar 1 cup

Cardamom powder

Dry fruits


Method
👉Take a kadai add ghee and once it is hot add grated carrot and fry it for 2 to 3 mins.

👉Now add the milk and allow it to cook on medium flame; till all the milk is adsorbed.

👉Now add sugar and khoya and cook for 5 mins till it mixes well.

👉Take it off from heat. Add cardamom powder dry fruits.

👉Take another pan; add ghee and once hot fry the almond and pistachios; till golden brown and add to the halwa.; Enjoy...
