Ganesha is coming soon we all know that. .so this is the time to prepare modaks..here is the receipy of #chocolate #modaks
Ingredients :-

1cup grated mawa

1/3 cup chocolate chips

2tblspn sugar

1/5 cardamom powder

Butter or ghee for greasing

3-4pistachios

6-8 rose petals
Method:-
Firstly keep all ingredients rdy for modaks..grease the modak moulds wid little bit of butter and place aside..

heat the pan ,add grated mawa and stir it on low flame until it melts..

when the mawa begins melting add sugar to the mixture and stir for a minute..

quickly add chocolate chips..u would see it starts melting.keep stirring on low flame..

The mixture will start thickening .continuously keep stirring..

sprinkle cardamom powder. .and keep stirring the mixture on low flame until the mixture starts leaving the edges of the pan..

Immediately transfer the mixture in another dish. .allow the mixture to cool..

Make small balls from it and place the balls in the moulds..

Thn place the modaks over the greased plate.. garnish wid rose petals. .top wide finely chopped pistachios..

Then serve them to little Ganesha..
