Dry fruit n Granola Modak

Ingredients

Anjeer. 100gm

Dates. 100gm

Walnuts 50gm(chopped)

Almonds 50 gm(chopped)

Cashewnuts 50gm(chopped)

Pistachios 50gm(chopped)

Butter 1tablespoon
Procedure

Grind Anjeer n dates together in a mixer.Then take a pan n add 1tablespoon butter.Add chopped walnuts,almonds,cashewnuts n pistachios.Roast for 5 to 7 minutes.Then add Anjeer n Dates mixture.Again cook for 5 to 7 minutes.Cool down the mixture.Then use a modak mould to shape the modaks
