Garlic Pepper Rice Ingredients: Rice – 2 cups cooked Garlic – 10 crushed Pepper – 10 crushed Ghee / Oil – 2 tsp Mustard Seeds – a little Urad Dal – 1 tsp Bengal Gram Dal – 1 tsp Red Chilly – 3 Method: ➡️Heat a pan add ghee/oil and add mustard seeds and allow it to splutter. Now add curry leaves followed by bengal gram dal and urad dal. Mix and fry it for a minute. Then add slightly crushed garlic. ➡️Add crushed pepper, make two pieces of each red chilly and add that too. Mix everything together and fry for few seconds. ➡️Now add cooked rice, grated coconut(optional), salt to taste and mix everything. ➡️Cover the rice mixture with a lid and heat it for 2 minutes. ➡️Once done, Garlic Pepper Rice is ready to be served. 📝Babies, toddlers, kids and family recipe.
