hi pooja - baby is very small for home remedies - do take him to the dr. but also keep the steamer on in baby's room - u can add a drop of nilgiri oil. u can do ajwain potli ka seka on chest (be sure not too hot). u can rub mustard oil on feet soles. tc. ask dr if u can use saline nasal drops.
