Some amount of swelling is normal in pregnancy.. However get your blood pressure checked and if your doctor feels it's not normal swelling of feet then you may need some blood Tests

Hi<br>
Sleeping on your left side is preferable yet you can swap sides. Use pregnancy sleep pillows to help you. Also soak barely overnight and drink this water to help you out to control swelling
