Good Afternoon everyone .

Today i want to share my breast feed experience with you all.

During my pregnancy My mom would suggest to eat foods with garlic's and groundnuts initially i hated them because I don't like garlic smell.

I ate those two for 4months but couldn't able to continue .

But after delivery I've never suffered in lack of breast milk .

That's were my mom said me that these will help in lactation as well as good for health . Before doctor always Mom ves first .

☃️Tips for breastfeeding moms.

During pregnancy try to eat those garlic & groundnuts . I know it's quite tough .

☃️ Next Feed every two hours so that milk is in supply .

☃️ Wear a supportable bra which doesn't irritates your breast.

☃️ During breastfeeding journey you will really loose the additional weight by doing your household work on your own.

I have left to my in law house by 3rd month after delivery .

I never got help from anyone ; My Mother in law is Little aged couldn't ask her .

Done all my household works from mopping,washing ,cooking,cleaning everything,feeding baby .

☃️ When bf mom is in fever does it catch cold for baby too?? No.it won't .

☃️ For all you babies sickness remedy is breast milk .

I have fed her till 1year 8months; that means till last i fed her.
Weaning Method :

❤️ Do not try any harsh methods by Google

❤️ Every mom says apply neem oil,castor oil blah blah to stop baby from sucking.

Believe me they won't 🤣. My baby just wipes and drank.

❤️So how did i stopped??

Initially i was scared . On one fine morning when she came for feed in just said her momma isn't well to feed & there is no milk . Then i gave normal milk what we drink in tumbler .yes she did help to wean

❤️ What about while sleeping?? Literally i sang all the rhymes to make her sleep 🤣❤️it was quite fun👍

❤️ Wow is she sleeping through night?? Doesn't mean weaning helps them sleep all night. Still she wakes up see around sometimes wakes me up to make sleep .
