Sharing with you today, 2 healthy recipes for instant energy🤗
**Black paper rasam:
**Ingredients..
1) Black paper - 8/10 nos.

2) Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.

3) Garlic cloves 8/9

4) Ginger 1/2 inch

5) Tamarind as per taste

6) Jaggery as per taste

7) Salt as per taste
8) Turmeric powder-pinch.
For Tampering

9) Ghee

10) Hing

11) Curry leaves

12) Dry red chilli

13) Mustard seeds

14) water 4 Cup

**Preparation**

1) first crush roughly black paper, Cumin, garlic and ginger

2) Keep water in a pan for boiling

3) after 2/3 minutes put above

crushed paste,Salt and Turmeric powder in Boling water and further boiled for 2/3 minutes

4) Make paste of Tamarind by putting it in some boiling water

5) add above Tamarind paste to the boiling water, keep stirring.

6) add crushed Jaggery

Now prepare Tampering by heating ghee in a separate pan add mustered seeds when it starts to cracle add hing,dry red chilli and curry leaves..

7) put this tempered ghee in to boiling water

8) add some finely chopped fresh coriander.

**Serve Black paper Rasam Hot.....

**Believe me it will taste havenly..forthmore it's good for health too...

*heat 1 tbs oil

* add 1 tsp finely chopped green chili

*add 1/2 cup finely chopped mix veg( cabbage,carrot,onian )

*3 min saute kare.
*add 3 cup vegetable stock



* after boiling, add 1/4 cup cornflour slury

*add 3 tsp lemon juice
*now add 1/2 cup finely chopped coriander
