This question is regarding my sister in law's daughter. She will be completing 9 months and weight is 6+ kg only. She is worried regarding her weight gain. She sleeps very less in day time... sometimes hardly forb15 mins. Please I request all the mothers and members suggest something to gain her healthy weight.

Hi..<br> Reply from dr.praveen- constant weight is showing the intake is less and she is extreme in activities.. point to be noted- give high energy food with high protein diet.. for example- moong daal khichdi, potato halwa or boiled mashed potatoes, semolina halwa, besan halwa, bananas, dry fruits powder etc.. make sure to give her minimum 3- 4 meals per day with BFing.. if it wont increase once check her vit d3 level, serum calcium and Hb level.. good luck..
