Goodmorning everyone

This is little wired question to ask but still I could not find any one reliable and trustworthy other than baby chakra members. My son is 2+ months old. I heard lot of people saying that we need to remove water from baby chest (nipples) and put one or two drops of oil on baby's genital area. Is I myth or do we have to do something like that. Please tell me and take me out of this confusion and problem.
