Everything seems under control now. For avoiding complications during labor, improve ur body s flexibility and stamina by eating right (small frequent meals every few hours) and exercising well and keeping ur weight gain to 10-12 kgs throughout pregnancy.

Back pain, buttock pain and thigh joints can be because of the growing belly and weight gain which causes the spine to be under pressure and as a result even without noticing , you may begin to adjust your posture and the way u move which causes strain and pain.
Exercise can strengthen the muscle and boost flexibility. This can ease the stress on ur spine. Use proper posture while sitting, standing, sleeping and getting up from bed, lifting things from floor. Ask your doctor If you could start with walking and gentle stretching exercises for ur aches and pains.
Quick tip - walk for 20-45 mins everyday. If you have a sitting job, use cushion on ur back and buttocks on a hectic day.
