Practice rotation of the ankles in clockwise and counter clockwise direction. with each inhalation rotate your ankles towards your body and with each exhalation rotate your ankles away from your body. Repeat this ten times in each direction with awareness of your breath. Breathe long and deep. Your toes should remain relaxed.
